Hana is the proud owner of an MBA she received in 2004 but it was during a volunteer teaching experience in Southern China in 2008 that she discovered her true passion. Since that moment Hana has dedicated her professional life to working with children in a school setting. Hana is a graduate of the AMI Program (June 2012) and has been working in classrooms every since. She has taken her commitment to the next level by becoming the new Director of Kiddyland Multiple Intelligences Centre. In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit, snowboarding, biking, golfing and hiking.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts(Honours) in Psychology from the University of Alberta and provides our English as a Second Language program. She has twenty-one years of experience delivering this oral English program in Richmond.She is also a long time member of the Richmond Singers.

My name is Fiona. I have been working for Kiddyland for 3 years, after obtaining both international American Montessori Society (AMS) certificate and Early Childhood Education (ECE) license. As I am very affectionate toward young children, I will dedicate myself to your children’s education and early child development.
Jackie has been working with children and their families for 20 years. Jackie is the proud owner of Early Childhood Educator and AMI Montessori certificates. Jackie also holds a facilitator certificate for the ``Nobody's Perfect`` parenting program. In her spare time Jackie loves to spend time with family as well as reading, beading and volunteering for non-profit organizations.
Rose possesses a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from South Korea in 2012 and has been working in the field of ECE ever since.
After working at a daycare, caring for two-year old toddlers for a year in South Korea, she came to Canada for a new and delightful adventure. In Canada, Rose has worked at schools that are inspired by Reggio and Montessori education, which has enriched her teaching and leadership skills.
Rose loves exploring art, music and physical movement with children since she believes that they are very important aspects in teaching young minds. She is also pursuing to be a better teacher day by day by participating in ECE workshops and learning different skills whenever her time allows.
Since October 2017, she has been working as a part-time teacher at Kiddyland at Williams location.
In her spare time, she loves cooking, doing yoga and outdoor activities.
After a long career in the service and hospitality industry, Jim recently joined Kiddyland in the position of Manager. Jim loves working with children and has extensive volunteer experience working in this area. He is currently registered in the AMI Assistant Course offered by Montessori Training Centre of BC. In his spare time Jim enjoys travel and spending time with friends and family.
Emily is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Asian Studies from De la Salle University and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Education from Philippine Normal University. She worked with preschool age children at her alma mater St. Stephen’s High School from 1990-2010.
After her arrival in Canada, Emily obtained both an international American Montessori Society (AMS) certificate and an Early Childhood Education (ECE) license to practice in British Columbia.
For Emily, teaching is a labor of love and a work of heart. Every day is a new learning experience for Emily and the children under her guidance.
Raised in a multicultural society, Emily speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, Fujianese and Tagalog.
Chitra has been teaching children for over 10 years, including the past 2 years as an Early Childhood Educator. A native of Sri Lanka, Chitra comes by her love of teaching honestly as both of her parents were teachers as well. Chitra holds a diploma in teaching young children from Leeds University in the United Kingdom. In her spare time Chitra loves the outdoors, especially gardening, and listening to music.
It is an honor to be part of the Kiddyland working team since year 2000. The children's innocence and laughter has light up my days , and also make this place more promising and cherishing.
I enjoy doing art and craft during my leisure time.
I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator in British Columbia. I have also earned my Associate Early Childhood Credential from the American Montessori Society in 2011. With over five years of teaching experience in children centers using the Montessori Method, I strive to provide the highest quality education to preschoolers.
